What time is check-in/check-out?
Check-in is from 4PM. Check-out is by 12PM.
What hotel amenities are available for all guests?
Located on our vault level, our Riggs gym offers state-of the art fitness, 24 hours a day. In room bath amenities are D.S. & Durga’s ‘Debaser’ scent, which capture the nostalgia of summer. Guests are welcome to use our complimentary Priority bicycles to explore Penn Quarter and visit nearby landmarks. Bikes are available on a first come, first serve basis.
What restaurant and bar facilities are available at the hotel?
Cafe Riggs, a reimagined all-day restaurant and bar, offers a modern take on the traditional European brasserie, featuring a locally-sourced all-day menu, coffee and juice daytime counter, full-service cocktail bar and lounge, and decadent weekend brunch.

What are the parking options at the hotel?
Overnight valet parking is available at $64 per vehicle per night.
Are gift vouchers available for purchase?
Absolutely. We offer gift cards for overnight stays, dining and monetary value.
Is there a fitness center at the hotel?
The Gym at Riggs is equipped with state-of-the-art strength training and cardio offerings - including Peloton bikes - and is open and available to registered guests, 24 hours a day.
Are pets allowed?
We accept dogs of all sizes with a $100 one-time pet fee per stay and a pet agreement form signed upon check in. We are a dog friendly hotel and welcome our four-legged friends with open arms.
Due to DC requirements, pets are not permitted in our restaurants or bar spaces.

What transportation options are available on site?
The hotel is in Penn Quarter and is within close proximity to the Gallery Place and Metro Center Stations. Guests are also welcome to book transportation services through our Front Desk/Concierge teams.
Do you offer room service?
Our In-Room Dining Menu is available during operating restaurant hours for room service. The menu includes breakfast, lunch, dinner, weekend brunch, dessert, wine and cocktails.
Are your rooms wheelchair accessible?
We have 9 rooms that are wheelchair accessible at Riggs Washington DC. Please book these in advance due to their availability.
Can you provide cribs?
We are family-friendly and can provide cribs on request. Please advise the team if you need one in advance of your stay
