The Icons Cocktail Menu
This Pride, Café Riggs honors the bold, the brilliant, and the brave- those who dared to live authentically and sparked change for generations to come. The Icons cocktail menu is a tribute to the voices and visions that have shaped LGBTQ+ history and culture. Each cocktail draws inspiration from an individual who made a lasting impact, with unique flavors that reflect their legacy. We’re proud to collaborate with LGBTQ+ artist Diego Blanco, whose original illustrations bring each icon’s spirit to life. This Pride, we raise our glasses to the trailblazers, past and present, who continue to light the way.
James Baldwin— Hennessey VS Cognac, House Cold Brew, Mole Bitters
Inspired by James Baldwin’s known love of cognac and espresso, this bold, contemplative cocktail blends richness and depth, a tribute to his intellect, artistry, and fire.

This vibrant, zero-proof spritz marks Elton John’s 34th year of sobriety — a sparkling toast to resilience, reinvention, and rock royalty.

Floral, sparkling, and fearless, this margarita is crowned with blossoms in tribute to Marsha P. Johnson’s iconic headpieces and powerful presence.
