Inspired by the grand brasseries of Europe, Café Riggs offers historic grace married with contemporary cuisine. Serving an all-day menu from the bar, dining room and café, patrons are welcomed into the airy setting to enjoy a casual drink or celebratory meal against the backdrop of the space’s ornate ceiling and original Corinthian columns.
Private Dining & Receptions
Special event space can be found in Café Riggs, which is home to a semi-private dining room for seated dinners and reception-style events up to 30, a private dining room for seated meetings, lunch and dinners up to 18, and receptions up to 27, as well as a communal table for receptions up to 40 in the main dining room. Curated tray pass and seated menus are tailored by Executive Chef, Patrick Curran to accommodate your tastes. Our lower level bar, Silver Lyan features our Cabinet Room, offering semi-private lounge space for up to 30 guests with globally inspired cocktails from the acclaimed Ryan Chetiyawardana, a.k.a. Mr. Lyan.

Sparked by the history of cultural exchange in America, Silver Lyan marks the first U.S. venture for acclaimed London-based cocktail trailblazer Ryan Chetiyawardana, a.k.a. Mr Lyan. This jewel box subterranean bar pays playful tribute to America’s complex history with globally-inspired cocktails and shareable plates.
In a building that anchored the city’s thriving Penn Quarter for over a century, Riggs is now poised to be a part of the neighborhood’s exciting future.
