We are closely monitoring any and all new developments regarding COVID-19 as they happen. Our policies and procedures have been tailored to closely follow the evolving guidance from the CDC, WHO, local government and health agencies.
Flexible Cancellation Policy:
We are waiving cancellation fees for all reservations for stays through December 2021. This is applicable to existing and new reservations if changes or cancellation is made up to 24 hours prior to arrival. Guests who are unable to fulfill their reservations due to travel bans will be fully refunded or may rebook their stay for a later date. Please note that changes to existing reservations will be subject to availability and rate differences.
