OUR MASK POLICY
After careful review of CDC, DC Health and American Hotel and Lodging Association (AHLA) Safe Stay guidelines and recommendations, we have made the following updates to our mask policy.
- All guests have the option to wear face coverings while on property and indoors, and it is no longer required.
- All staff members have the option wear masks on property and indoors, and it is no longer required.
We will continue to evaluate safety protocols as it relates to the COVID-19 pandemic, to keep guests and colleagues safe, in accordance with CDC, DC Health and AHLA guidelines and recommendations.
We are closely monitoring any and all new developments regarding COVID-19 as they happen. Our policies and procedures have been tailored to closely follow the evolving guidance from the CDC, WHO, local government and health agencies.
Flexible Cancellation Policy:
We are waiving cancellation fees for all reservations for stays through December 2022. This is applicable to existing and new reservations if changes or cancellation is made up to 48 hours prior to arrival. Guests who are unable to fulfill their reservations due to travel bans will be fully refunded or may rebook their stay for a later date. Please note that changes to existing reservations will be subject to availability and rate differences.
